La Roca consists of 19 houses, each one with its unique design and character.

The houses are designed to fit the unique landscape on the rock, overlooking the sea and mountain. The design is traditional spanish with a moderna touch. Each house has been designed and adapted in order to fit the environment, leaving each house with its unique character. There is a common pool area with an amazing view over Fuengirola and the sea. The glass elevator makes the walk to the beach very easy and comfortable. There are also garages with one parking place for Casa 5 and an elevator from the garage going up to the entrance area of the house.
